SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Shipment Packaging:
For logistical reasons some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means you might not receive all your products in the 1 package. 

Shipping Times (once order is processed):

USA: 10 - 25 days
UK: 10 - 25 days
Australia: 10 - 25 days
Canada: 10 - 25 days
Western Europe: 10 - 30 days

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

If you have payed for priority shipping, this will mean your order will be pushed to the front and made a priority to be shipped out before other orders. It will still be using the same shipping methods so you can expect a similar delivery time. It is recommended to purchase this around Christmas time as we have a high volume of orders coming in.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Parallax does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
